Solutions Consultant- Emerging Markets
Job Overview:
The Sales Consultant’s role is to work in conjunction with the Sales Team throughout the life cycle of the sales campaign and to own all technical activities required at different stages within the sales life cycle. This process begins with assisting in lead generation activity and includes pre-sales qualification steps, identification of business drivers and solution requirements, creation of technical demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs), architecture presentations and ROI models, and ends with sales closure. This role requires hands on work with the product.

55% Sales Support and Execution
- Manage multiple target accounts that may span multiple account executives
- Assist in the production of RFP’s and other proposals to clients
- Propose technical and business solutions in support of sales campaigns and serve as the domain expert of proposed solutions to prospective clients.
- Assist the sales team with the radiation strategy into target accounts by building customer relationships
- Plan sales campaigns in conjunction with account executives and lead efforts to ensure the delivery of all technical resources into the sales campaigns
- Collaborate with product managers, software developers, analysts, business officers, and other groups ensuring the successful execution of the sales strategy
- Provide thought leadership within the supported industry
- Lead a technical sales team that consist of individuals from Sales and other departments to execute the current sales strategy
40% Demonstrations
- Independently, work closely with the Sales Team to create and deliver world class PRPC technical demonstrations.
- Build demos, create POCs and achieve required certification levels for the Sales Consultant role
- Deliver POCs and demonstrations to meet the scope and functionality to ensure that all success criteria are delivered and product differentiators are included.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the horizontal and industry frameworks

- Assist in the recruitment and mentoring of staff so as to meet the demands of the department
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent business experience
- 8 to 10+ years of industry experience
- Ability to understand complex data relationships and rules-based systems
- Thorough knowledge of technology tools, languages and programs
- Ability to utilize technology-based tools and processes
- Ability to understand and apply procedures, regulations, and policies related to areas of specialized expertise
- Ability to proactively develop customer relationships by listening to, understanding and anticipating, and providing solutions to customer needs
- Ability to use a clearly defined methodology for establishing priorities
